About Me

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and received her Master Degree from Silberman School of Social Work. I have experience working with adolescents, youth and adults who demonstrate anxiety, depression, trauma, complex interpersonal relationships, and addiction through evidence-based practices. I prefer an Integrated Psychotherapy Approach which includes but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalysis/Freudian Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My experience also includes experience with Veterans in exploring their time during and after service and with individuals to explore their intersectional identities. I believe in a Person-Centered Approach that allows her to meet the clients where they are and assist them in working towards their goals.
It is my concerted effort to provide an environment that is accepting, validating, supportive, and allows one to be heard without judgment. Aside from my career, I am a long time softball and sports lover, enjoy traveling, various cuisines, and spending time with the people I care about.
